CUBE expands Agentic Coworker capability enabling financial services firms to embed regulatory intelligence into enterprise wide workflows

CUBE expands Agentic Coworker capability enabling financial services firms to embed regulatory intelligence into enterprise wide workflows

LONDON, 2 September 2026: CUBE, the regulatory intelligence provider, announces the expansion of its agentic coworker suite within RegPlatform™ which connects the people, data and processes for compliance and risk teams at global financial services firms. RegPlatformTM and its coworkers are built API-first, enabling a direct route to integration and embedding regulatory intelligence directly into customers’ existing operating systems and workflows.

Financial services firms process hundreds of regulatory updates weekly - CUBE’s coworker suite is designed to automate tasks related to reviewing and actioning those updates, freeing up teams to focus on the decisions that matter and achieve improved, more efficient outcomes.

As part of its agentic coworker strategy, CUBE announces the addition of new coworker agents to complement its existing risk and control suite of agents: Priorities Coworker, Analysis Coworker and Enforcements Coworker. Each agent targets a specific high-effort task in the compliance and risk workflow.

They are integrated and available for existing customers within CUBE’s RegPlatformTM and underpinned by both regulatory data and proprietary network intelligence. The coworkers are delivered with API access to allow seamless integration into a firms existing systems and workflows.

James Mackonochie, Global Executive Head of Product at CUBE said, “Compliance and risk teams at financial services firms have always had access to regulatory intelligence from CUBE. What the agentic coworkers provide is the ability to filter any noise with incredible precision, answer compliance and risk team questions, and perform the repetitive work - all of which is delivered proactively within customer’s existing systems and operating models.”

Priorities Coworker is designed to cut through the noise by applying intelligent applicability and prioritisation to incoming regulatory change, surfacing what matters to each customer and deprioritising what doesn’t. The benefits of this are compelling: CUBE’s Cost of Compliance Report 2025 found that 82% of firms track between 26 and 100 regulatory developments every month, yet for 45% of firms fewer than half require any action. A fifth of firms said fewer than 25% of tracked developments required any action at all.

Early customer testing of Priorities Coworker has shown an 80–90% reduction in wasted effort, enabling compliance and risk teams to spend less time monitoring and more time responding to regulatory change.

The Analysis Coworker enables compliance and risk teams to interrogate applicable updates and related laws, rules and regulations through natural-language queries. Instead of searching, cross-referencing and then interpreting manually, teams can ask questions and receive structured, contextual answers drawn from their regulatory intelligence specific to their organisation. This is delivered in near real time and within existing workflows.

The Enforcements Coworker enables proactive tracking of enforcement into a single, continuously updated view of regulatory trends to enable qualified risk-based decisions. Instead of compliance teams tracking fines and notices across multiple jurisdictions, the Enforcements Coworker aggregates them, extracts the underlying risk themes and obligations, and shows where the pressure is building by regulator, topic and severity. In short, it converts global regulatory developments into prioritised, evidence-based actions.

Coworker agents are deployed within RegPlatformTM existing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, available via the Microsoft marketplace, and easily accessible to be deployed across customer infrastructure with integration typically taking less than two weeks and requires no change to existing infrastructure.

“We’re now accelerating our agentic outputs within RegPlatform,” continues Mackonochie. “Our customers see the value and are integrating CUBEs coworkers into their own systems, further transforming how regulatory intelligence operates within their organisation.”

Automated regulatory intelligence continues to mature as an enterprise technology category, with CUBE recently recognised as a Sample Vendor in the Gartner® Hype Cycle™ for Risk, Compliance and Audit Technologies, 2026.
