Ben founded CUBE in 2011 and serves as CEO, focusing on transforming AI-driven regulatory compliance and setting global standards. Under his leadership, CUBE has built an automated regulatory intelligence platform, tracking and monitoring regulatory sources across every country and published language, with operations across Europe, the US, Canada, Asia and Australia. Following a strategic partnership with Hg in 2024, CUBE has acquired Reg-Room, Thomson Reuters' Regulatory Intelligence and Oden businesses, Acin, Kodex AI, and 4CRisk.ai.
Ben began his career at MISys, where he focused on unstructured data and content management. Following the 2008 financial crisis, he saw the need for more robust regulatory data infrastructure across financial services, which led him to found CUBE. He has since contributed to the development of industry standards for content-related initiatives across the sector.

Prior to CUBE, Erin was VP, Head of Technology for Private Markets Strategic Initiatives at S&P Global. He spent more than a decade at FIS in CTO and Product Development roles across commercial banking, building and scaling global engineering organisations to several hundred people and leading the end-to-end delivery of systems of record supporting trillions of dollars in loan obligations.

Supra focuses on accelerating how CUBE’s RegPlatform is implemented and scaled for customers worldwide, helping organisations drive meaningful business outcomes leveraging the power of AI in regulatory compliance. He has extensive expertise in building and scaling enterprise software businesses and developing AI-driven solutions that automate regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance processes.
Supra joined CUBE following its acquisition of 4CRisk, the company he co-founded and served as chief operations officer. He brings over two decades of experience in large-scale software implementation and enterprise technology, including senior roles at MetricStream delivering solutions for Fortune 500 organisations.
Supradeep Appikonda
Executive Head, Customer Success
Graeme focuses on AI strategy and data platform that powers regulatory risk intelligence. He brings decades of deep technology, data, and AI leadership knowledge. He has led the combination CUBE's public regulatory data with Acin's proprietary operational risk data to create a differentiated proposition across the regulation-to-control lifecycle.
Graeme began his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers before spending 17 years at Schroders across technology, data, and architecture leadership. He joined CUBE following its acquisition of Acin, where he served as chief technology officer and owned the full technology estate for a high-growth, regulatory risk fintech and secured institutional investment to scale the business.
