Based on a vision of the future of regulatory compliance, Ben founded CUBE in 2011. Recognized as a customer-oriented, results-driven business leader, his focus is on progression and growth. Beginning his career with MISYS, Ben has worked in technology, helping organizations to leverage and manage content (unstructured data) for more than 20 years. He has successfully grown a number of technology and service businesses as part of The Content Group, which he founded in 1998, and has been involved in setting global standards for a variety of content-related initiatives. Ben is a CUBE Board Member.
Steve is a highly experienced, motivated and commercially-focused finance professional with a track record of consistent achievement.
With his extensive domestic and international experience, especially in fast-paced, technology-driven, blue-chip businesses, Steve is focused on driving CUBE's continued growth.
Pedro leads our global end-to-end services value proposition to customers, spanning across data and analytics, service implementation, information assets, product ownership and regulatory expertise. Pedro has a relentless focus on high performance, quality delivery and deep domain knowledge of digital transformations in banking.
Prior to joining CUBE, Pedro was a Director in the Banking and Capital Markets Technology Consulting practice at EY, where he led international, tech-enabled transformation initiatives. Previously, he spent several years leading project delivery and product teams for a number of fintech firms, including FIS and Thomson Reuters.
Cathy is an experienced marketing leader who believes in creating authentic marketing that customers will love. Her agency background, working with companies such as LOVEFiLM, DSGi, ESPN and Best Western Hotels, taught her that marketing should always be creative, innovative and - most importantly - powered by data and technology.
This passion for a data-centric approach enabled Cathy to deliver market-leading campaigns at JustGiving and - more recently - ComplyAdvantage, and is a core focus for the marketing function at CUBE.
Barry has vast expertise managing ‘always on’ global enterprise systems. He focuses on delivering service excellence, security and compliance, in multiple languages, across multiple jurisdictions. With a strategic outlook, Barry builds and scales the infrastructure and technical services required to meet the complex compliance requirements of regulated financial institutions. Previously, Barry worked at Britannia Building Society, Woodchester Credit Lyonnais, GE Capital and WSP Group, where he spent 5 years in Hong Kong servicing private and public sector organizations.
Rob has 23 years’ experience building, scaling and leading IT operations and global delivery teams. He has implemented multimillion-dollar global projects, working with customers to
deliver outstanding service throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Rob’s deep expertise in solution design, business processes and integration enables him to deliver complex, enterprise-scale compliance automation projects, as quickly and simply as possible. He has been instrumental in developing CUBE’s innovative process for customer onboarding and proof-of-concept support.
Colin has a clear vision to transform the way that global financial institutions manage regulatory change, and he is compelled to find ground-breaking new uses for technology. Initially London-based, and now in Melbourne, Colin works with our extensive global team of developers and regulatory experts, leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to enable customers to respond to regulatory change in the most efficient way possible.
Jeremy leads CUBE’s UK Engineering team, focusing on expanding the capability of our products to transform regulatory change management, through close collaboration with our customers. As well as many years’ experience designing and building decision-making platforms, Jeremy has a background in strategy and management consulting in the UK, US and Australia, and has worked closely with global financial institutions at executive level on major change initiatives.
Working with customers and partners, David’s go-to-market focus is on initiatives where CUBE can drive transformation in new markets, through compliance automation and strategic alliances. Prior to CUBE, David spent 25 years selling IBM services, software and infrastructure, as integrated solutions to blue chip financial services firms. In addition to creating high-value solutions, David is especially accomplished at building long-term relationships with customers and partners. A native Australian, now based in London, David is experienced in business growth, across all regions.
Rob has 20 years’ experience in financial services sales and management. Following his early sales career at Euler Hermes, a global credit insurance business, Rob went on to establish a 15-year career in GRC. Initially working in London at Complinet, a compliance and risk business, Rob subsequently relocated to New York. In 2010, Complinet was acquired by Thomson Reuters and Rob played a pivotal role in growing GRC revenues, especially relating to regulatory change management. As Head of Sales Americas, Rob re-built the sales team and consistently out-performed all other regions.
Lee manages both pre- and post-sale customer relationships at CUBE. He ensures that the quality of customer experience, during all phases of a project, is of the highest standard possible. His financial services experience spans 20 years, working within Tier 1 financial services firms including RBS, BNY Mellon and Barclays. With direct experience in compliance and information governance, Lee is ideally-positioned to support customers looking to implement enterprise-scale regulatory change management processes, solutions and strategies, on a global basis.
