Why we’re here
In the wake of the financial crisis, we were quick to envisage the future for regulated financial institutions. Everything had to change…. CUBE was founded with change in mind.
We saw that the future of finance was rooted in immense volumes of regulations, innumerable rules, and a relentless pace of regulatory change. Compliance teams that continued to use existing legacy and manual processes would be left with incomplete and out of date inventories and controls, whilst still incurring large resource costs.
With these challenges in mind, we started a movement to leverage machine learning and automation to understand what every financial institution needs to do to ensure compliance in real time; to take regulatory data and transform it into meaningful regulatory intelligence.
