Alex’s career started in the city of London in the early 80’s as a trainee FX and commodity broker with a well known commodities house. Over the next 4 decades, Alex has managed businesses ranging from; floor teams in open outcry environments in London, Paris and Hong Kong, as well as office based trading and sales operations across the globe. These skills resulted in positions with executive management responsibilities at a number of major banks and brokers with both European and Global roles.

Proven innovator in orchestrating transitions of business strategy within large complex environments, including implementation of Compliance, Human Resource, Information Technology, Marketing, Operations and Risk Management.

Currently acting as corporate advisor to a range of banks prime brokers and exchanges focused on transitioning digitization of complex transactions and on delivering risk management frameworks encompassing environmental hedging to the broader spectrum of capital markets participants.
