MEDICI in partnership with EY has launched its RegTech Top 21: A Global View of RegTech Innovation Report, which showcases the world’s most innovative companies building the future of regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
Hundreds of companies were rigorously screened and evaluated by MEDICI and EY, together with a prestigious independent panel of judges, resulting in just seven winners for each region: EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
CUBE is now a Medici Top 21 RegTech winner!
According to the judges:
“CUBE is a compliance automation platform that enables financial institutions and banks to manage compliance across 180 countries and 60 languages. This multi-jurisdictional, and international scope makes CUBE one of the most effective for companies with international clients. CUBE’s open-API driven scalability and bot-based query handling were isolated as differentiating factors for its selection.”
Evaluation against the selection criteria was rigorous.
Phase 1: 600+ startups were identified from the MEDICI platform that work in the RegTech space. Those founded before 2007 or have filed for an IPO were eliminated.
Phase 2: Each company was rates 1 to 10 on parameters including:
- Scalability across segments and geographies
- Uniqueness of solution and ability to fill the supply gap
- Existing partnerships, clients, and products for commercial use
- Engagement with regulators – through sandboxes, innovation programs, hackathons, etc.
- Level of enhanced productivity at customers’ end
- Their ranking in MEDICI’s startup score
Ben Richmond, CUBE founder and CEO commented, “Being recognized as a Medici Top 21 RegTech is a huge accolade. It is especially gratifying to be selected on the basis of our multi-jurisdictional, cross-border capability, our intelligent application of AI, and the scalability of the CUBE platform.”View more news
